Neyra JA, et al. - In a single-center observational cohort study of critically ill septic patients, researchers investigated the potential link between de novo dipstick albuminuria (DA) and septic acute kidney injury (AKI). In study participants, an independent association of de novo DA within the first 24 h of admission with severe AKI was observed.
