They noted that repeated ranibizumab treatment was not related to impaired macular perfusion. As the findings did not suggest a harmful effect of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor therapy on capillary integrity, these treatments ought not to be denied to the subjects with severe microangiopathy and advanced capillary dropout.
