Deacon–Crouch M, et al. – The specialists wished to explore the association between short sleep duration and body mass index (BMI) in children. They observed important implications of the relationship between short sleep duration and BMI in Indigenous children health outcomes. The established modifiable risk factors for metabolic dysfunction and other chronic illnesses were both overweight conditions and short sleep.
