BMC Oral Health Aug 26, 2017

Mohamed N, et al. – Study authors carried out this investigation to examine the relationships among oral symptoms, oral health–related quality of life (OHRQOL), and health–related quality of life (HRQOL) of people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) in Malaysia. The presence of oral symptoms was significantly related to more severe oral impacts and poorer OHRQOL. The presence of less severe oral impacts was correlated with a better HRQOL.
