Wang Z, et al. - Researchers reevaluated the association between obesity and mortality with increasing age in this study. They concluded that the association between obesity and mortality weakened with age for any given follow-up duration. When calculating adjusted hazard ratios, the previously reported strengthening of the obesity-mortality association with increasing age appeared to be due to the failure to take into account all the model specifications.
