Zhang YZ, et al. - Experts assessed the overall diagnostic value related to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in patients with early osteonecrosis of the femoral head. In order to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of MRI in early osteonecrosis of the femoral head, a systematic review and meta-analysis was provided in this study. A significant association of MRI with higher diagnostic accuracy for early osteonecrosis of the femoral head was indicated by moderate to strong evidence.
