A study on the biological reference interval of urinary alpha 1-microglobulin in a group of Chinese people

Zhang Q, et al. – The possible impact of age and gender was contemplated, on urinary alpha 1–microglobulin (α1–MG) concentrations. It also established specific reference values of urinary α1–MG in a group of healthy adults. It was inferred that urinary α1–MG concentrations and gender, age was different from previous studies. The hospitals and laboratories ought to develop their own α1–MG reference intervals, on the basis of their experimental conditions.
