A novel treatment for height growth in patients with growth hormone insensitivity syndrome by cyproheptadine hydrochloride

Razzaghy-Azar M, et al. - Researchers resolved to examine the impact of cyproheptadine hydrochloride (CyproH) on the growth parameters of subjects with growth hormone insensitivity syndrome (GHIS). In the study cohort, CyproH resulted in height growth. Hence, it could serve as an alternative option to IGF-I injection.
