A new radiological measurement method used to evaluate the modified transconjunctival orbital fat decompression surgery

BMC Ophthalmology Apr 21, 2021

Li B, Feng L, Tang H, et al. - Using a new radiological method, researchers sought to assess the plastic effect of modified transconjunctival orbital fat decompression surgery in patients with inactive thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy. Ten inactive patients (14 eyes) with moderate to severe thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy were chosen. The radiological assessment method used in this study is straightforward and simple to apply.
