Associations between interleukin-10 polymorphisms and susceptibility to rheumatoid arthritis: A meta-analysis and meta-regression
Clinical Rheumatology Oct 19, 2018
Liu Q, et al. - Researchers evaluated if susceptibility to rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is related to interleukin-10 polymorphisms. They searched the studies that have analyzed the associations of the interleukin-10-1082G>A, -592C>A, and -819C>T polymorphisms with RA for in PubMed and EMBASE. Findings suggested a correlation of interleukin-10-1082G>A, -592C>A, and -819C>T polymorphisms with susceptibility to RA. A major driver of heterogeneity in the relationship between the interleukin-10-592C>A polymorphism and RA is genotyping method, as seen in the meta-regression.
