Evaluation of dapoxetine treatment success in lifelong premature ejaculation patients with penile sympathetic skin response

Andrologia Jul 13, 2018

Kati B, et al. - Experts assessed the success of dapoxetine treatment in primary premature ejaculation (PPE) patients with a penile sympathetic skin response (PSSR). Authors did not observe any significant changes in testosterone levels and International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF-5). While the amplitude decreased in the PSSR measurement, a significant prolongation in the latency was noted. For PPE patients, there was a probability of PSSR to be an important determinant in the measurement of dapoxetine treatment success.
