Brassetti A, et al. - As a part of this research, the performance of Prostate specific antigen density (PSAD) as a predictor of upstaging and Prognostic Grade Group (PGG) upgrading was contemplated. The inference drawn was that PSAD served as a valuable predictor of upgrading and upstaging in prostate cancer (PCa)-men candidate to surgery. It was precise in selecting patients for AS.
