Gong B, et al. - This study entails a direct comparison of tadalafil with sildenafil for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). Findings suggested that both drugs have similar efficacy and safety and, treatment with tadalafil improves patients’ sexual confidence. Additionally, tadalafil was preferred over sildenafil by patients and their partners. Hence, tadalafil may be a better choice for ED treatment.
