Howell M, et al. - The reporting of adverse events (AEs) was assessed in trials of maintenance immunosuppression in kidney transplantation. As per observations, AEs in kidney transplant immunosuppression trials appeared to be selectively reported and could be unreliable for clinical decisions. In order to ensure transparent reporting of AEs which were important to patients and clinicians, this study encouraged to mandate adherence to the Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials harms extension.
