Kleespies A, et al. - The perioperative and long-term outcome of living donor kidney transplantation (LDKT) dependent on moon phases and zodiac signs were examined in this study. In this study, moon phases and the moon sign Libra had no effect on early and long-term outcome measures following LDKT. Therefore, concerns of patients awaiting LDKT regarding the ideal time of surgery could be allayed, and surgery could be scheduled independently of the lunar phases.
