Backonja M, et al. – Safety and efficacy of neublastin were investigated in painful lumbosacral radiculopathy. The physicians found no clear dose–response relationship for pain reduction or the most common adverse event of pruritus, while this study revealed some evidence of pain relief with neublastin, especially at the lowest dose.
