Kato M, et al. – This multicenter study examined the pharmacokinetics and safety of a single oral dose of mirogabalin in Japanese patients with varying degrees of renal impairment. Investigations suggested that a 5 mg mirogabalin dose adjustment could be considered in Japanese subjects with moderate to severe renal impairment and those with end–stage renal disease (ESRD).
