Zhou W, et al. – This study is conducted to ascertain whether dynamin regulates human sperm acrosomal exocytosis. These studies of dynamin localization and function have implicated this family of mechanoenzymes in the regulation of progesterone–induced acrosomal exocytosis in human spermatozoa.
