Clinical management of nocturnal enuresis

Kuwertz–Bröking E, et al. – Given to the investigation, nocturnal enuresis (NE) was a common health problem. This study was designed to illustrate the clinical management of nocturnal enuresis. Prior the treatment of nocturnal enuresis, children with nonmonosymptomatic (NMEN) first need treatment of the underlying daytime functional bladder problem. Moreover, anticholinergic drugs appeared to be effective in patients with findings of overactive bladder, besides urotherapy.
