Urodynamic characteristics of pelvic lipomatosis with glandular cystitis patients correlate with morphologic alterations of the urinary system and disease severity

Chen Y, et al. – For this study, urodynamic characteristics and their clinical value in pelvic lipomatosis (PL) patients were explored. It was noted that morphologic changes of the urinary system of PL patients lead to unique latter–half–section obstruction (LHSO) or bladder outlet obstruction (BOO) on UDS. It was noted that the presences of LHSO and BOO are correlated with disease severity and progression.
