Nimmons D, Hatter L, Davies N, et al. - A mixed-methods systematic review was performed to evaluate experiences of advance care planning in Parkinson’s disease and atypical Parkinsonian disorders. A systematic search of online databases was performed in April 2019 applying a narrative synthesis approach with thematic analysis and tabulation to synthesize the findings. Researchers distinguished 507 articles and 27 were enrolled. The data showed that in advance care planning, these components can inform best practices in individuals with Parkinsonian disorders.
