Assessment of paid childbearing and family leave policies for administrative staff at top US medical schools

Vance MC, et al. - After the birth, adoption, or placement of a child, balancing work and family commitments can be difficult. Although institutional family leave policies have been studied for faculty and resident physicians at leading US medical schools, such policies for administrative staff have not yet been examined. Thus, researchers evaluated paid family leave policies for administrative staff at top US medical schools in this study.
