Comparative study of holmium laser enucleation of the prostate with moses enabled pulsed laser modulation

Large T, et al. - This was a review of a clinic registry of males, experts intend to contrast consequences for individuals who underwent holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP) for lower urinary tract symptoms secondary to benign prostate hyperplasia utilizing 3 various laser fibers and 2 distinct laser energy modes in August 2018 and January 2019. A total of 10 people underwent concomitant stone surgery (2 PCNL, 8 ureteroscopy, 3 bilateral cases) and 11 people had bladder stones eliminated as ancillary procedures did not important differences among groups. It was found that modulated pulsed laser energy could enhance hemostasis through the enucleation phase of a HoLEP ensuing in shorter Operating Room times.
