MicroRNA-based regulatory circuit involved in sperm infertility

Rahbar S, Pashaiasl M, Ezzati M, et al. - A total of 55 infertile and fertile men gave the study with the sperm and testicular tissue samples in order to investigate the principal role of four microRNAs in monitoring spermatogenesis. The finding showed that miRNAs had a fundamental role in the regulation of spermatogenesis, and their expression modification was related to sperm abnormalities. Hence, microRNAs could be presented as beneficial biomarkers to ascertain male infertility causes to pick efficient treatment.
