Contrast-enhanced CT texture parameters as predictive markers of high-risk urodynamic features in adult patients with spina bifida

Khene Z, Richard C, Hascoet J, et al. - A single-center prospective trial was carried out from March 2015 to March 2017 including all consecutive adult spina bifida patients observed for urodynamic testing in order to examine CT texture analysis of the bladder wall as a predictor of urodynamics findings in adult people with spina bifida. Forty patients were involved. Findings showed that to recognize spina bifida people with high-risk urodynamic peculiarities, CT texture analysis of the bladder wall could be an interesting tool.
