Short-term complication rates following anterior urethroplasty: An analysis of NSQIP data

Lacy JM, et al. – The physicians conducted this work to determine the characteristics and predictors of perioperative complications after male anterior urethroplasty. It was considered that anterior urethroplasty has low postoperative morbidity. Longer operative times were correlated with increased rate of complications. It was suggested that longer hospital stay after surgery is not protective against perioperative complications.
